Evanston Public Library

The Evanston Public Library is a progressive, inclusive space that embraces innovation and community engagement.

I worked with the Executive director of the library to create a new logo to rebrand the library, marketing materials and website. The original logo was an image of a blue book and a serif typeface.

I designed the logo with the goal of communicating that the library goes beyond just being a place for books; it’s a hub for learning, creativity, and connection. The abstract, geometric shapes, colors and san serif typeface express technology, community and connectivity.
