McKinsey is a global management consulting that offers professional services to corporations, governments and organizations. McKinsey Academy is the training division that helps clients improve performance, build strong leadership teams and enable inclusive growth.

I created complex illustrations for digital training modules for employees to build skills, improve ways of working and boost confidence. The illustrations were brand aligned to express diversity, equity and inclusion. I designed icons, people and work settings that communicated that the modules topics were interesting and relevant. I managed, organized and shared creative libraries with designers and project managers.
